I was so impressed with River City Dental. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everyone was so nice &... helpful. I immediately felt at ease. A plan for my dental work was established & explained in detail. Everyone was professional & accommodating. In 50 years, I have never been so comfortable in a dental office. I have always been embarrassed by my teeth, I still am. I felt that the staff was non judgemental, which made me feel at ease. It truly was the first-time I ever felt comfortable in a dental office. I had an extremely bad toothache that lasted most of my long weekend. I don't have much for insurance so I can't take... care of my teeth the way that I would like to. As the dentist offices started opening, I started calling and River City Dental was my third call and they should have been my first. Great customer service and bedside manner. The dentist was nonjudgmental and very kind and his assistant was so nice. I hope that I didn't hurt her hand. This was the only good experience I have ever had at a dentist office. My cleaning today was very thorough including a cancer screening. My hygienist was efficient but very attentive to my... needs. River City Dental always been understanding of my anxiety around dental work, especially when I had to get a cavity... filled. Now that my toddler is old enough to get her teeth cleaned, they're even more patient with her. She's absolutely terrified of mouth pain and they were patient and kind. They showed her all of the tools and let her touch them first so she knew they wouldn't hurt. She finally let them clean her teeth, and trust me if this girl doesn't want to do something she won't.read more

I’ve been going to River City Dental for 10+ years now and it’s been a wonderful experience. The staff is always nice... and friendly and makes you feel welcome the instant you walk in the door. And the service is always top notch! I know some people don’t like going to the dentist, but I think one visit to River City could make you change your mind.read more

I wish I could give a negative star.My 73 year old mom told me that she needed to sell or pawn her jewelry (that... included her mom's and grandma's) because Imdieke told her she needed five crowns and had numerous cavities that needed filling.I told my mom to try my dentist (Riverside Dental in Sartell) and not to mention what Imdieke told her.One crown that needs replacing and one small cavity.I contacted the Better Business Bureau already who encouraged me to reach out local government officials.What a shame.. My mom has Alzheimer's and had she not cried to me about having to sell her jewelry she would have done so and 150 years of family history gone because of a greedy a$$hole.read more

Today was my first time at River City. They are literally the most accepting place I have been in the st cloud area.... They tell you exactly what they are doing and what the costs will be and let you make the decision best for you. Great attitude great service and surprisingly cost effective for me. They explain things in detail to you, in a way you can understand. They are so friendly and kind. I never have to wait... very long before my appointment. During times of COVID it felt very clean, safe and I appreciate that they contact me when it is time to setup my appointment. The cleaning is very pleasant, quick and painless.read more
