Payment Options

We offer several payment options.

We understand and are sensitive to the fact that dental care can be a significant investment. For this reason, we work hard to go above and beyond your previous dental experiences and offer several payment options.

You will be given treatment estimates prior to any work with the doctor. We try to give options if the ideal treatment plan does not work at this time. Surprises are eliminated and you should feel comfortable about every part of your treatment, including payment.

We accept cash, check, and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, and offer online payments via Dental Bill Pay.

Flex and health savings account money is also accepted.

A pre-payment discount is a popular choice for many of our patients. If you pay when treatment is initially discussed, you will receive a 5% discount with cash or check and 3% with credit. This discount is also available when you pay the day of service.

Care Credit

We also offer Care Credit. Care Credit is a convenient, low minimum monthly payment health care credit card. If approved, most plans are deferred interest within the promotional period. We have created a direct link to their website so you can apply and view your benefit. www.carecredit.com

Insurance Accepted

Dental insurance is great! We work with most insurance companies offered by employers, and we gladly process all of the complicated claims for you electronically, including x-rays and narrations that they may require. We do this to try to reduce your "out of pocket" expense. Also, make sure you bring your insurance card and booklet to help us out. We will check your benefits for you and give you an estimate on what your insurance may pay.

Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. The plan does not always represent the best care possible. We try to give proper recommendations within these parameters.
